You're right -- Web 2.0 technology is affecting all variety of web-based applications, and Content Management is not an exception. Web Services on the back-end and an array of front-end technologies like AJAX, Flex/Flash and widget toolkits like those from Yahoo! are driving new development. These new technologies will promote greater interactivity from the end-user and they are also creating new categories of applications. Content Management and apps enabled with document and content capabilities are sure to benefit from these trends.
